Principal Secretary, Farmer-Welfare and Agriculture Development Rajesh Rajoura has instructed district collectors to register the green, white and pink applications received from the farmers in the gram panchayats online on the portal. Following this, the applications should be maintained gram panchayat-wise and the district panchayat wise. All these applications have to be kept safe in the office of Deputy Director, Farmer-Welfare and Agriculture Development, or in the District Collector's office till further orders.

District collectors have been told that each Nodal Officer, Gram Panchayat should maintain the gram panchayat wise number of green, white and pink applications submitted in the district office mandatorily in a register. The Principal Secretary has instructed to carry out this work on priority.

Pink application forms of farmers whose names are not in both the lists, are also being received in the gram panchayats on presentation of claims and objection over faulty information in the list. The green, white and pink application forms are being uploaded on the portal of Jai Kisan Crop Loan Waiver Scheme in the gram panchayats.
