District Collector P Narhari said that he has prepared a list of such officers who are careless in the work and lag behind in resolving the problems of the people. Such officers would be turned out of the district, he added.
The Collector was addressing the officials in a Tl meeting on Monday here. He said such officers would be posted at election duty to teach them lesson. First of all the Collector become angry on the absence of deputy director Mandi board Virendra Singh. He said that the officers who do not attend the Tl meeting would be posted in election duty.
The collector received the complaint from villages that teachers appointed in village schools do not attend the schools. The Collector issued the orders to remove the teachers working as guest teachers or contract teachers.
He expressed anger on the Patwaris and Panchayat secretaries against whom the villagers made the complained. The Collector warned that the Police action would be taken against them and sent to jail.
The Collector also said that the officers who leg behind in resolving the problems and who received complaint in Janwani, Jan Sunwai, Tl, Jan Shikayat and from CM they would be turnout from the district. In the meeting the Collector was informed many field staff are not reaching Janmirta center. He ordered the treasurer officer that the pay of field staff should be paid on the basis of biometric attendance. He also asked subordinate officers of details of attendance of the staff.
