Show-cause notices have been served to 27 officers for initiating disciplinary action for not taking complaints seriously and not disposing them of within time-limit. Notices have also been issued to Assistant Engineers of Public Health Engineering Department’s Churhat and Sidhi sub-divisions, Deputy Commissioner Cooperatives, SDO Police Kusmi and Churhat, Development Block Resource Coordinators of Sidhi, Rampur Naikin and Sihawal, Block Education Officer Sihawal, Sidhi and Rampur Naikin and Tahasildars of Gopad Banas and Sihawal.
The notices issued by Sidhi District Collector Vishesh Garhpale reads that concerning officers have committed negligence and indifference in discharge of their duties pertaining to complaints received under CM Helpline, which is against Madhya Pradesh Civil Service Conduct Rules. Similarly, show cause notices have also been issued to CEO of Jaura Janpad Panchayat in Morena district Balwan Singh and Adult Education Officer Gurjar for negligence pertaining to complaints received under CM Helpline regarding BEd degrees.
Other officers who have got the notices are Block Medical Officer Dr Kl Adarsh of Community Health Centre, Hata in Damoh district and Assistant Engineer, Power Distribution Company JP Dhurve for not disposing of applications within time-limit. The show cause notices have been issued by Damoh district collector.
