Reacting over the Congress general secretary and former State Chief Minister Digvijay Singh’s remarks on Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), Home Minister Babulal Gaur said these remarks reflect his mental bankruptcy.
In a statement on Saturday, Gaur said that Singh compared the RSS with demon king Ravana which shows that he is not in the best of his mental health. “Giving baseless statements has remained an old hobby of Digvijay Singh and advised the senior Congress leader to pay attention to his organisation that is on the bank of demolition,” he added.
He said that, inflicted with the Sangh phobia, Singh should better mend his own house and keep his nerves in order. The Congress has suffered humiliating defeat in the Assembly elections held in four States and now it would be completely wiped out of the whole country in the general elections scheduled later in the year. Singh should tender apology for his statement as it has hurt the sentiments of crores of followers of RSS, he added.
