The Madhya Pradesh Government is committed to make the police force smart. In case if any incident happens with you and you are unable to register the complaint then you shouldn’t be worried as now the police will not only approach you and write your complaint, but also provide medical help on requirement.
On the instructions of the Chief Minister and the Home Minister, DGP Surendra Sinh has started the preparation with his team. Sinh has said that through dial 100 service police will help in better way as the team would respond in time to reach the spot and collect the evidence from the spot along with video recording and the witnesses.
“To make the Madhya Pradesh Police smart and efficient through hi-technology, we are heading towards this direction. We can say that we are in process to develop more our dial 100 service. We are going to install computer, printer and internet in 100 dial service mobile van, so that we can take the version of injured person and make his video and collect the proof from the spot and present in the court. Through this process the witness can not deviate from his statement,” he added.
According to the DGP, at present in 51districts dial 100 mobile vans are functioning and they have yielded better results.
“Due to the positive results, we are going to increase 200 more mobile vans and we will upgrade the technology in the mobile vans too,” he said, adding that in keeping view of recruitment process in MP Police, the State Government has given the green signal to recruit the 5,000 jawans every year.
