Deputy Secretary of the Government of India inspected fair price shops in rural and urban areas and talked about the receipt of materials from the beneficiaries.

The Deputy Secretary inspected the stock price list board, vigilance committee information, cleanliness and other information displayed at the shops, as well as interacted with the beneficiaries present at the said shops and informed them about the National Food Security Act, and Prime Minister Garib Kalyan yojna. They were also informed about the benefits being given under the scheme. During the inspection, the Deputy Secretary expressed satisfaction over the condition of the shops and the material being received by the beneficiaries and feedback was taken from the beneficiaries. Pramod Gupta, Assistant Supply Officer, Dilip Manware, Junior Supply Officer, Shiv Sunder Vyas, Junior Supply Officer Triptimala Mishra, were present along with the Deputy Secretary.
