The Tabla Recital by young artist Avni Sahu was the mesmerising performance. Under the cultural performances organised by Department of Culture, Avni sahu presented her talent online.
The 14- year-old Avni Sahu from Bhopal began her performance with Teen Taal. She then presented some classical ragas as well. The purity of style, uniqueness of imagination with brilliant technique made his recitals enchanting. The young artiste was able to captivate the audience with her virtuosity and complete spontaneity.
It is to be noted that in view of the worldwide crisis of Coronavirus, a creative initiative is taken by the Culture Department Madhya Pradesh Government by connecting the artists of the country and State, which has received an encouraging response.Next performance was given by Babulal Solanki. He performed Kabir Lok Gayan. He started off with Aisi Kar Burai Sukh Chahe.
It was followed with various performances like Folk Dance and Folk story narrations by artists from across the State. In response, writers and artists from across the country recorded their acts in video and are sending it to department of culture.
All the acts are being uploaded on the official YouTube channel of Department of Culture. The initiative has started keeping in view ongoing lockdown. series of events is being presented everyday.
