A girl who secured 50th rank at the PMT examination in OBC category was denied to allow a seat at the People’s Dental College, here, even after the counselling and accepting a demand draft for admission fee.

Mohak Nibsaiya, a resident of TT Nagar, alleged that she had appeared in the counselling in Indore on September 30, and finally allowed at the People’s Dental College. She further informed that with the advice from the College authorities, she had also submitted a demand draft of Rs 1.55 lakh on the same day. later the counsellor Uday Narayan Chouksey told the victim that she could attend the class from October 1.

On Tuesday, which was on October 1, Mohak and her father Omprakash Nibsaiya went to the college to attend the class, however, she wasn’t allowed even after waiting for five hours. Again on Friday, when they went to the college someone who wasn’t from the college management came up and handed over the documents and DD to them. When they enquired about the situation the person fled from the premises without uttering a single word.

When they further enquired about the whole development, some in the administration informed that ‘Abraham Sir’ was on leave and would be contact only after his return. The victim and her father alleged that they were cheated as the management kept the original documents and also collected the DDs worth Rs 1.55 lakh but after completing the whole process they were denied admission. The original documents of the victim were still with the college management, Omprakash alleged. “Without documents we are helpless and could not contact other college for admission,” he added.
