Minister Arya gave instructions to appoint accountants where accounts work is suffering due to unavailability of accountant in district units through agencies in a transparent manner. It is principally decided in the meeting to give 20 per cent dividends for the last financial year to 56 cooperative societies related to worms breeding, reeling and weavers.

Arya gave directives to pay `300 per month for telephone/mobile expenses to the in-charge of district and reeling units in order to increase their work efficiency.
