The new Executive Chef Amit Vashist from New Delhi brings in the culinary affair from his home town to give the foodies of Bhopal a chance to rendezvous with the culinary magic of Old Delhi and its renowned dishes.The delectable spread includes old Delhi specialties like Stuffed parathas from ‘Parathe wali gali ‘of Chandni Chowk, Kebabs and Biryanis from Jama Masjid. The food festival will also include modern day Delhi punch street food like Dal Kachori with Chole, Stuffed Kaju Bhature, Keema samosa, Famous Khan Chacha ke kebab and rolls, Aloo tikki chat, Dahi bhalle, Pavbhajis and Momos.
