Special Court of Justice Dharmendra Tada, Seventh Additional Sessions Judge sentenced accused to death in section 302 IPC, separate life imprisonment in 489A, 489B, 489D of the IPC and 7-7 years of rigorous imprisonment in section 201 of the IPC and section 489C of the IOC a fine of Rs 1000 for each punishment.
