Students of BBA third semester on Wednesday created ruckus at Nalanda Parisar of Devi Ahilya University following declaration of results and questioned its faulty evaluation process. In a result of BBA third semester, declared by the Devi Ahilya University, a whopping 180 students have failed out of 190 students, who had appeared for the examination.

Protesting results, the students who have been declared failed, had gathered in the university campus and stormed into Nalanda campus of the university and created ruckus there, questioning the faulty evaluation process of the university.

They questioned the authenticity of the results alleging that the students might have been failed in the exams. The agitating students met the university vice-chancellor and apprised him of their concern saying that the result will jeopardise the career of students and they will not allow it to happen, else they would be constrained to go for agitation.

According to report, in the BBA third semester examination, almost 60 per cent of the questions were wrong and out of syllabus.  Though the students, who had appeared for this examination, had lodged an immediate complaint to this effect with the university administration, it did not take into consideration their pleas and failed 180 students out of 190, who had appeared for the examination.

The agitating students urged vice-chancellor to immediately reevaluate their results and waive off their re-evaluation fee.  The students also threatened to go for a mammoth agitation, if the flaws in evaluation process of the university, were not corrected.
