Cyber crime Indore have nabbed a miscreant involved in creating fake ID of his co-employee female worker on social networking site with indecent content; police have recovered SIM card and a mobile phone used by the accused.
The complainant Pooja Khare (25) of Palasia in Indore had lodged a complaint of indecent content on her fake ID created on social networking site on her name and later deactivates the same ID and the information of same was given to her by her senior Rahul Sawle.
Harassed over the fake ID issue, the victim lodged a complaint with the cyber cell and in her complaint to the cyber crime cell she stated that her senior employee at her company Rahul Sawle used to tell her that someone has created an indecent fake ID over facebook and later he told that the ID has been deactivated. She used to request Rahul for deactivating the ID and Rahul had assured that his friend is hacker in Delhi and could complete the task easily.
To save her family and herself from notoriety the victim had not reported the issue but later in the month of December 2016 she lodged a complaint and based on the complaint in the investigation police found that victim’s senior Rahul who used to inform her about the creation of ID was behind the crime.
The accused used victim’s mobile number for creating fake facebook ID and for evading arrest the accused was using several SIM cards. During the investigation, Rahul confessed to have committed the crime. The accused works as an engineer with Ansh group at solar power plant.
