MP state cyber cell arrested a teacher of a private school for posting obscene photographs by creating a fake Facebook profile of a girl athlete in Datia on Wednesday; miscreant posted photographs after victim rejected his love proposal in Datia.
According to the police the nabbed accused Aditya Babele work as a sports teacher with lords Krishna Public School in Datia and to defame her accused posted obscene photographs.
A complaint was lodged with the cyber cell and in her complaint she stated that she is not acquainted with Sharma Sachin in whose name the profile is created which suggests that the accused created a fake profile to defame the victim.
The obscene photographs using the same profile victim’s facebook friends and family members connected through facebook have been posted.
Victim has also claimed that the photographs posted were never clicked with her consent and she was not aware when the photographs were taken.
Based on the complaint after the preliminary investigation it was found that Aditya was behind the fake face book profile and was detained and when he was quizzed he confessed that he met the victim at a sports event and proposed her but the victim refused and later to defame her he created fake facebook profile and posted photographs.
The police have registered a case under section 66 A of the IT Act and have started further investigation.
Police said further details of the accused would be searched and crime record of the accused would be investigated.
