The Inaugural function of 5 days of Customer Training Programme on "AC-SCR System of Electrical Rigs and Basics of VFD of Drilling Rigs" for M/s ONGC officials inaugurated by S. K. Biswas, AGM (CEE), Smt. Swagata S. Saxena, Sr DGM (HRD) & HOD the other day. Faculty Shri Shishu Pal, Sr Manager (TME) and HRD Staff were also present on occasion.
Swagata S. Saxena, Sr. DGM (HRD) welcomed the distinguished guest AGM (CEE), and briefed about the programme & module which shall be covered.
S.K. Biswas, AGM (CEE) - Welcomed all the participants and said that M/s ONGC is our esteemed customer and user. He said that Learning is a very important tool for Engineers to update knowledge and Skills, we all need to understand and accept changes in current business environment and learn from day to day challenges.
He appreciated the programme & insisted on understanding what are the criticality of the equipment's and learn as much possible as the participants can. He also said that we are always ready to solve their problems and providing prompt services.
