The cultural events under Aao Aao Mere Vasant, Valmi Mein Phag Anant organized by Valmi concluded here on Thursday.
Various educative, cultural events and free tour camp were organized by MP Valmi (Institute of Water and Land Management) under “Aao-Aao Mere Vasant, Valmi Mein Phag Anant”. The grand was organised from March 18 to 30 at Valmi Campus, Kaliasot.
The main attraction of the closing ceremony was the painting exhibition of Phag based on the glimpses of the youth of spring and the nature. The paintings of watershed management, Pictures of Medicine Plant, Flora, Ecological Oxygen Park and Eco Village tour were displayed.
Sarika Singh, in-charge of the cultural program while explaining the objectives of the programme told that interview with Rituraj about Spring Collection, the environmental protection and promotion of Valmi Sansthan, observe the efforts of land and water management along with successful organization of programmes and participation in tour camps by various teams. She also informed about the innovations being done by Valmi. Various cultural programmes were presented in the closing ceremony on Valmi's Muktakaash stage, in which Sanchita, Jaya, Preeti and group mesmerized all the audience with the captivating performances of solo and group dance.
