During the rains, the Central Region Power Distribution Company has issued toll free number for the customers so that they could lodge complaints without hassles.
The toll free number is- 18002331912 that would function round-the-clock for around 27 lakh consumers. Ten consumers can register their complaints on the number at a time. Besides, the number of the call centre of the company is 1912, only consumers of BSNl can lodge their complaint on it.
The complaints can be lodged on other numbers of the zonal offices.
