Cross-country adventure expedition begins

The 105th Corps of Signals Raising Day was celebrated with great pomp and show by the Military College of Telecommunication Engineering (MCTE) on February 15. The celebrations began with a unique cross-country adventure expedition by seven micro light aircraft.

These tiny single engine aircraft require exceptional skills to fly and have to face many challenges from the weather. The daring pilots will fly across several cities of Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra and also give aero shows to showcase the adventurous spirit over the next 10 days. The eve of the Raising Day was celebrated in the MCTE Officers Mess and numerous serving and veteran officers from Mhow and Indore attended.

Young students from the college put up a brilliant musical extravaganza to narrate the story of the evolution of military communications in the Indian Army. The first couple of the college, lt Gen and RS Panwar also pitched in with a melodious song.
