A district court here on Wednesday ordered registration of an FIR against PCC chief Kamal Nath, other Congress leaders Digvijay Singh and Jyotiraditya Scindia and RTI activist Prashant Pandey for misleading the investigation in Vyapam case.
Plaintiff Santosh Sharma, a local advocate had on September 24, 2018 lodged a complaint in the court demanding FIR against those misleading the investigation and raising questions on authenticity of investigating agencies- STF, SIT and the CBI- that investigated the case.
He also pointed out that these four persons hatched a conspiracy since the infamous Vyapam scam came to fore.
The 21st Additional Sessions Judge, Suresh Singh in his order to the SHO of Shyamla Hills police station directed to register an FIR against these four persons and after investigation submit a report to the court by November 13, 2018.
