The Bhopalites are taking a pleasure to shop this summer cotton materials at ‘Cotton Fair Shilp Bazaar’. The fair that began here from April 12 at Community Hall, New Market is receiving a good response. Organised by Chitrakala Rural Development and Education Committee, Bhopal the fair would conclude on Sunday.
There is a wonderful collection of sarees, suits and dress materials in Maheshwari and Chanderi cotton, besides; it has a wonderful collection of pure cotton as well. These materials have been designed in different patterns and prints.
One can find printed materials beautifully embellished with Batik Print, Dabu Print, Hand-Block Print and one of the most renowned and loved Bagh Print with motifs that look soothing to the eyes. There is also a range of materials from various States of the country in different varieties of cotton.
There is range of cotton materials from Delhi, Chanderi, Banaras, Meerut and Rajasthan. As many as 30 stalls have been put up by the vendors at the community hall.
As the summer season has hit the State Capital, the Bhopalites are enjoying a delightful range of summer collection in melas and fairs. This season every woman wants to look different and
special on every occasion. Keeping this in view, there is a special collection of dress
materials, suits, kurtis, sarees to add a charm to their wardrobe.
While talking to The Pioneer, director of Chitrakala Rural Development and Education Committee, Vinod Kumar said, “This is our second cotton fair during this summer season and we are really contended to receive a good response by the citizens.” He further said that similar fairs would be organised in future.
As Bhopalites always experience something new in terms of shopping, this time there is a magnificent range of dress materials in cotton textile. The combination of designer wear suits and saris with the traditional look is majorly captivating the attention of the buyers.
The fair is full of sparkling and fizzy shades of different saris and cotton materials from Rajasthan, vibrant combinations to South region’s elegant look. A huge crowd is observed everyday to buy such rarest range of cotton dress materials at affordable prizes.
