The Congress has decided to gherao Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan. The Congress workers would gather at Sankat Mochan Hanooman Mandir near Mayor’s office where they would go to the Phoolbag to gherao Chief Minister.
The decision arrived after a meeting of office bearers of party and senior leaders which was held on Thursday morning. With the approaching of municipal corporation election the Congress has opened front against Municipal Corporation and Government and gherao the party in power.They are accusing the BJP of deceiving the citizens.
The Youth Congress has demonstrated at the Commissioner’s office on the electricity and medical scandal. The Congress is preparing to gherao of Chief Minister on medical scams, mining scandals and issue of electricity. The Congress would show black flags to the Chief Minister at various places.
Meanwhile, the administration and police are making preparations to see that there should not be any clash between the Congress and the BJP. For this, police are erecting barricades at all possible places.
In view of the gherao of CM by Congress, the BJP also made preparation to surround the Chief Minister to check the Congress party from causing any obstruction. This decision was taken in the office of the BJP on Thursday. The meeting was presided over by the district president Abhay Choudhary.
