The State Congress has alleged that violation of constitutional decorum has become a habit of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan.
Madhya Pradesh Congress Committee chief spokesman KK Mishra while taking a dig at Chouhan’s civic felicitation here on Thursday at his official bungalow, said, “The chief Minister is getting his own civic felicitation done at his Government residence by his own party. Now violating rules, regulations and law and constitutional decorum has become Chouhan’s habit.”
Mishra further said that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has done criminal act by publishing the book Vyapam ka sach’ (truth of MPPEB) in which it has not abide by the legislative procedure.
And it is due to this habit the chief minister used his government residence for political purpose, he added.
He said that there is justification for felicitation of the chief minister and especially when the cause on that felicitation is done is based on lies.
The rise in the growth rate of the state is mere phantasm and the Krishi Karman Award is stage of chief ministers’ misleading figures.
It is the virtue of BJP to accept this lie, he added.
The chief spokesman of the state Congress said that the condition of education and health services is very poor in the state and it stands with the most backward states like Uttar Pradesh and Pradesh in the field of education.
He said that the state tops the country in corruption, misconduct, rape, murder, loot, dacoity and burglaries, and all this in the BJP rule in the state. Probably, the BJP is felicitating the chief minister for this achievement, he suggested.
