Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Monday alleged that Congress legislator Bala Bachchan is deliberately creating controversy only to become leader of the Opposition in the State assembly.
While talking to media persons here, Chouhan said that no incident of that sort took place during the State-level Tribal Convention at Barwani. “If Bachchan needed to address the gathering, he could have approached the dais, before I commenced my speech. Once I started speaking, he should not have stopped me in between,” he said, adding that after Bachchan started addressing the gathering, he completed his speech without any hindrance.
