State Congress sokesperson Ravi Saxena reacting over the comments of Union Steel and Mines Minister Narendra Singh Tomar that there was no development during Congress rule asked Tomar that for the past 13 years the State was under BJP rule and still there is no development; whose mistakes is itIJ
Saxena further said for how long the BJP ministers will continue to blame the Congress party for their incompetency. The BJP government is completely responsible for the lack of development at the grass root level as the money allotted by the then UPA government was wasted through corruption instead of using it for development, by the BJP ministers, he added.
Saxena said that for the past eight years in the Huzur assembly constituency the legislator was of BJP still the Kolar area suffers from water crisis though the former Union Minister Kamalnath allotted Rs 48 crore to deal with the issue. Chief Minister has announced many times to resolve the water crisis in Kolar area but it never was taken care, isn’t it like cheating the people of KolarIJ
Saxena said that all the big factories, dams, electricity projects and infrastructures were all set by Congress government and not by BJP government.
Meanwhile, State Congress Spokesperson Vibha Patel in a separate statement here on Thursday said that the entire State is going through water crisis, but the senior Minister Kusum Mahdele is busy giving statements to mislead the citizens. She said that while the people are stuck with water crisis, Mahdele is making fun of them through her statement.
Patel further said that the immediate step to be taken is to prepare projects for water conservation and supply in time as the monsoon is expected to be weak. Officials must be sent to collect information on water crisis, she added. The present truth is that the ponds and wells meant for water conservation and supply only exists on paper.
She further alleged that Mahdele is using words to fool people, but that won’t solve the issue.
