Congmen only want to save their seats: Vijayvargiya

The Madhya Pradesh unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has alleged that the Congress does not have any concern for the country and its top leaders are busy in saving their seats.

BJP state spokesman Dipak Vijayvargiya in a statement here on Sunday said, "The country has witnessed the ghastly face of corruption and scams during the past ten years of Congress rule in the country, courtesy weak Congress leadership."

Vijayvargiya further said that had the Congress been concerned for the country then there would not have been the spiraling of prices of commodities in the country or unemployment would not have increased. Borders of the country are not secured and the weak leadership of the grand old party has pushed back the country by several decades. The people of the country would certainly defeat it to ensure its ouster from the power, he added.

He said that the Congress-led United Progressive Alliance (UPA) is contesting the ongoing election but the top leadership of the Congress including its president, vice-president and their family members are only making efforts to save their seat. The Congress that is neck deep in corruption does not have anything to show the people of the country as its Government's achievements.

The defeat of Congress candidates in its strongholds Rae Bareily and Amethi is sure. The people of the country have decided to make BJP victorious for the development and prosperity of the country and to get rid of the Congress that failed to fulfil its promises during its past ten years rule, he added.

The people of country felt the increasing reputation and honour of the country during the BJP-led NDA rule in the country and they want the same dignity and honor again and for that they have only one choice, the BJP, and they know this, that is why they have decided to make the BJP victorious, he said.
