They include 11 lok Sabha seats of Madhya Pradesh. MP and former Minister CP Thakur has prepared this formula in which those lok Sabha seats have been listed which were lost with minor difference. In the year 2009 the Congress had fielded Ashok Singh in the lok Sabha elections.

Singh was also a Congress candidate in the lok Sabha by election in 2007. In both the elections he fought against the BJP candidate Yashodhra Raje in which he last 2007 by election by only 31,000 votes. In 2009 the difference of the loss was reduced to 25000 votes.

In the pilot project the party would decide agents and in charge from district to polling booth level. Under this project the polling agents would be given responsibility of 10 houses each. The residents of these 10 houses would be apprised of policy of the congress and development works and pursued the residents to vote for the congress. Thus 100 agents would be prepared at one polling booth.

The district president of congress Darshan Singh said that with the inclusion of Gwalior in pilot project the national coordinator for Gwalior lok Sabha Afzal Ahmad has come to Gwalior and he would stay here up to lok Sabha election. He would apprise the workers and officers of next strategy and net work plan.
