Cong accuses Minister of stealing I-T documents

Claiming that the Bharatiya Janata Party leaders had ‘stolen’ the confidential report of the Income Tax, the Congress demanded on Tuesday stern action against the top leaders of the saffron party.

The Congress also alleged that BJP state president Narendra Singh Tomar and State Industries Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya had made public the confidential documents of the IT department.

In a written complaint to the Director General of IT department, Madhya Pradesh Congress Committee general secretary Mahendra Singh Chouhan alleged that these two leaders had distributed the confidential reports to the media persons, which was a serious crime itself.

He reasoned that these distributed documents could not be provided by the IT department hence it was clear that they were stolen.

These stolen documents were not only used by the Minister and the BJP State chief for their own benefits but were also distributed among the media persons, he added.

He said that the act of the Minister who has taken oath of confidentiality and the State head of a national party made them offender under Sections 381 (stealing documents and use them), 411 and 120 B(misleading the people by doing conspiracy), of the IPC  and demanded action against them in these sections.
