lecture on Concept of freedom in Hindutava and Indian Freedom Movement, Partition and Role of Congress were held on the third day of the lecture series of ‘Yaad Karo Kurbani’ at Sanchi University of Buddhist-Indic Studies, on Sunday.
Knowledge gained by saints is Ved due to which Hinduism is called Vedic or Sanatan. At one time tradition of India and China were similar. Foreign powers have always attacked Indian culture and Sanskrit language said Professor DN Gangadha during his lecture on Concept of freedom in Hindutava. He said human is evil and good both but freedom could make a human equivalent to god Brahma. The meaning of freedom has been taken in wrong manner due to which the customs and rituals have been harmed. In the current scenario there is need to harmony among all religions which would lead to the completion of fulfillment of thought of swaraj.
The 21st century is era of Indian spiritualism and emphasized on the humanitarian spirituality of Radhakrishnan that would be very useful in the current situation. Professor Anand Shankar Singh who delivered a lecture on Indian Freedom Movement, Partition and Role of Congress said that India has never fed the mentality of slavery and have always encouraged free thinking. Despite of being suffered slavery India never left its cultural heritage. He said that conscious of nation should not be dented and without social freedom there is no meaning of political freedom. In the lecture series on August 22 Swami Adhyamatanand will deliver lecture on Freedom and Pandit Basant Gadgil on Freedom in ancient to present era.
