PMinutes after landing in Gwalior the maverick seer, Computer Baba called a Press conference to attack the BJP Governments in the center and the State. The seer is in town to oversee the preparations for the Sadhu-Sant Maha Sammelan to be held at the Koteshwar Mandir premises on the 30th of this month.
Speaking to the media persons, the Baba alleged that the BJP Government does not respect cows honestly and allows flagrant and unashamed illegal mining of sand from the Narmada River.
He added the BJP will neither protect cows nor Narmada River. He added there has been large scale corruption in the plantation of 6 crore saplings along the river Narmada and illegal sand mining.
The dissident seer also accused the Government of playing with the sentiments of ordinary citizens in the name of religious issues.
He said the BJP Government at the Centre was never serious about the construction of Ram Mandir. He also remarked that the dual face of the BJP is there for all to see in the way they handled the Ram Mandir and the Atrocities Act issues.
He wondered how a party which came to power using the Ram Mandir issue could be so callous towards the construction of the Mandir.
He stated that now it is up to the sadhus and sants to construct the Ram Mandir. The seer said that a meeting of over 1,500 sadhus will be held on the Oct 30 to create awareness on the issues of Ram Mandir, cow protection and keeping the sanctity of the Narmada River.
Taking a dig at Modi’s ‘Man Ki Baat’, the seer said that now it is the turn of the sadhus to tell their ‘man kibaat’.
When asked about his ambition to contest elections, the Sadhu said that as of now he has no plans to contest the elections. He added he has not demanded ticket from any party. On the Sabarimala issue, the seer said that his current priority is to get rid of the anti- Hindu BJP Government and that he will respond to the Sabarimala issue at an appropriate time later on.
