The colonisers who are developing colonies in the city would have to keep the poor people in their mind while constructing colonies they would have to reserve some plots for the poor.
This was the point which has been included in the 100 days work plan of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan. The agenda received from the Chief Minister by the municipal corporation the department has started preparing the report. The report has to be submitted to the CM within 7 days. In this workplan construction of multistory parking to improve the traffic, construction of houses for 5,000 units. Establishment of urban transport fund, construction of roads, establishment of State level infrastructure authority, urban housing construction scheme, new policy for giving government land on lease etc.
The municipal corporation is already working on construction houses for poor, construction multistory parking and urban house construction scheme. The department has already decided the lands for multi level parking in Gandhi Market, City Center and Thatipur. The department is preparing its report on 100 days work plan of the CM. The report has to be submitted to be the CM.
The minister of urban administration and development Kailash Vijayvargiya has called a meeting of all the mayors and Municipal Corporation today in Bhopal. In the meeting the 100 days work plan of CM and schemes of Municipal Corporation for city development are to be presented. Vijayvargiya has called this meeting for preparation of lok Sabha meeting. The departmental officers are preparing this report for the last many days.
