leader of Opposition in the State Assembly Ajay Singh has claimed that by spending crore of rupees in his America visit, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has returned empty handed.
In a statement, Singh questioned spending of crores of rupees in CM Chouhan’s visit to the country which owns dilapidated roads and the women are not empowered.
The weeklong visit of the Chief Minister bore no fruits and if branding was the sole purpose, it was not the right time for this as the farmers are facing difficult time and protesting due to their sufferings.
The visit was a failure as the only thing CM Chouhan gained was mockery attracted from his statements.
Apart from spending massive on the visit lakhs of rupees were again spend on splendid press conference at the airport where CM Chouhan was not having anything to tell about the visit.
Chouhan praised about the farming system of America, but Singh asked that even after his tenure as CM for 12 years and being a farmer’s son, who had stopped CM Chouhan from implementing these systems.
Farmers have been exploited by middle men. The Bhavantar scheme has made the farmers suffer and CM Chouhan was busy studying farming in America.
It is worrisome that CM who claims that his state is best in organic farming in the country had gone to look organic farming.
Country embraces woman empowerment and if America is backward in woman empowerment CM Chouhan should justify his visit to America.
CM Chouhan is clarifying that his visit was aimed to attract investment and at the same time he is also sharing detail of worsen 92 per cent roads of Washington which raises question that CM Chouhan had visited America to inform condition of their roads.
All the details regarding investment shared by CM Chouhan are old and this visit had made the farmers suffer, Singh alleged.
