Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan planted Banyan, Neem and Saptaparni saplings along with the founder of Super Thirty, Anand Kumar in the Smart City Park located in Shyamala Hills. Chief Minister Chouhan’s wife Sadhana Singh and son Kunal Singh participated in the plantation on Ganesh Chaturthi. Senior social worker Raghavendra Sharma, former UPSC chairman Prof. DP Agrawal, Prayas Youth Welfare Society President Atul Ghenghat besides Piyush Jain, Chaitanya Shravan, Rohit Sharma and Shubham Maina also took part in the tree plantation programme.
Notably, Anand Kumar had started the Super Thirty Education Programme to prepare students living in poor and difficult conditions for IIT Joint Entrance Examination.
