Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan planted saplings of Neem, Khirni and Kachnar in the garden located at Shyamla Hills. Along with CM Chouhan, Akhand Tiwari planted saplings on his birthday.
His wife Manisha and 2 year old daughter Kumari Abhika were with him. Along with the Chief Minister, Anil Yadav also planted saplings on his birthday. Sarvshri Amit Rathore, Chetan Yadav and Saurabh Rajput also planted saplings along with them.
Later, in the evening, Chouhan visited Karunadham Ashram in Nehru Nagar on Guru Purnima and took part in the Guru Purnima festival. He bowed his head in the temple located in the ashram.
Chief Minister Chouhan received blessings from Swami Shri Sudesh Shandilya Ji Maharaj at the ashram and prayed for development, prosperity and prosperity of the state.
