lakhs of devotees took the holy dip in Kshipra river on the second Parv Snan during Simhastha at Ujjain on Friday. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan had reached Ujjain late in the night on Thursday, went round the Mela area, especially Mangalnath zone on foot and consoled the injured devotees. He enquired about the health of the injured in the district hospital and ensured immediate arrangements for their treatment and relief.
In the backdrop of Panchkroshi yatra, a massive number of devotees took the holy dip amidst slogans "Jay Bhole, Jay Kshipra, Har Har Mahadev and Bam Bhole ki Jay".
