The State Government has made elaborate arrangements for food, lodging etc. for thousands of pilgrims visiting the Mahakumbh at Mhow.
Minister of State for Health & Medical Education Mahendra Hardia said that several tasks will be undertaken to ensure upliftment of dalits by following ideals of social harmony and social justice propounded by Baba Saheb.
Bhante Sadanandji said that birth anniversaries of great persons are celebrated amidst festivities. He expressed gratitude towards Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan for Mahakumbh and lauded arrangements of food, lodging etc. made for devotees at Mahakumbh. Bhande profusely lauded efforts for establishing a university for development of Pali language.
Bhante Dharmsheel said that Chouhan is a true follower of Baba Saheb Ambedkar. He is the only Chief Minister, who has undertaken novel and unique initiatives for scheduled castes welfare, safeguarding dignity of women, State’s all-round development and dissemination of Baba Saheb’s ideals and principles. Six giant bronze statues worth `86 lakh have been installed recently in the hall of Baba Saheb Ambedkar Memorial. Scheduled Castes Finance Development Corporation Chairman Indresh Gajbhiye also addressed the function.
Minister of State for SC, ST Welfare Harishankar Khatik, MP Thawarchand Gehlot, ex-MP Satyanarayan Jatia, Indore Zila Panchayat Chairman Omprakash Paraswadia, MlAs Ramesh Mendola and Jitu Jirati, Shri Omprakash Khatik, lal Singh Arya, other public representatives were also present.
