CM addresses poll rallies in Ater constituency

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and Union Minister Narendra Singh Tomar addressed election meetings in the poll-bound Ater Assembly constituency of the State where by-poll is scheduled for April 9.

Chouhan addressing the election meetings said that Chambal canal was constructed after the construction of Gandhi Sagar but for 27 years the water of Chambal canal was not provided to Bhind district because the erstwhile Congress governments never noticed the problems of farmers. After constitution of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Government in the year 2003 arrangements of supply of water from the Chambal canal were made till the last end of the canal in Bhind district. This also makes it clear that the Congress does not have any thinking of development, he added.

Chouhan further said that BJP has fielded Arvind Bhadoriya from Ater and called upon the electorate to make Bhadoriya victorious by huge mandate so that in the remaining one and a half year of the assembly period new ways of development could be opened. “Madhya Pradesh Government is bringing a new legislature in that every person born in the state would have the right of facility of home. Comprehensive survey for providing house to poor and residential plots is going on,” he added.

Tomar in his addresses said that Congress leaders are coming to you and asking for your votes in the name of development but the big question is that when they could not develop the constituency in fifty years when they ruled the state than how could do they would do it now. “Today the Congress does not have the key for development because the development key is with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan. Before 2003 Congress was in the power and at that what was the condition of Bhind and Ater you knows well. The condition of roads and electricity is also been improved by the Shivraj government,” he added.

Tomar called upon the electorate of Ater to make Bhadoriya victorious for the comprehensive development of Ater.
