In Gautam Nagar area, a minor girl was raped by a youth living in the locality, victim studies in class 12th accused barged into the house on Sunday night and raped her.
The girl raised an alert on this, the family members woke up and accused absconded.
The student said that even before this the accused had raped her, but did not revealed with family due to fear. On this the accused got fearless and then forcefully entered the house.
A 17-year-old girl from Nariyal Kheda has registered a case of rape against Mahfuz Khan. She lives with her grandparents and aunt. Both accused and victim know each other as they live in the same locality.
On Sunday the whole family was asleep at around 3:30 in the night, the neighbor Mahfuz entered the house and started forcing himself on the student. When the student made noise on this, the family members woke up which forced her to escape the spot.
The student said that earlier on the night of April 28, the accused had entered the house. During that time the student was molested and raped.
She had not told anyone because of fear. The girl student went to the police station along with her uncle and lodged a case. Police are looking for the accused after registering the case.
