Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan concluded the civic polls campaign with a roadshow in Sehore on Sunday said, “Regional development and people’s prosperity is out political mission. Sehore being my home district I am committed to take it to newer heights of developments.”
Chief Minister Chouhan while conducting road show in all the 25 wards of Sehore established direct dialogue and contact with the people said that Sehore would remain on top of the list of making smart cities in the State but its success expect peoples cooperation and support. “Handover the power in the Municipal Corporation to capable people and make Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidates victorious. As the first condition for making your city a smart city is election of able and honest representatives,” Chouhan added.
He called on the people of Sehore to elect BJP’s candidate for chairperson Amita Jaspal Arora and Corporators for the comprehensive development of Sehore.
He said that clapping is done by both the hands, the people would support the BJP and in return the guarantee of development of Sehore would be on the shoulders of Shivraj Singh Chouhan and the BJP. The BJP Government of the state has erected Somnath of development and progress during its 12 years rule. “You (people) have to compare the five decades of post freedom and the last 12 years of BJP rule. The development that took place in terms of electricity, roads, agriculture, industries and commerce during the BJP rule in 12 years was never done before in other regimes,” he added.
Sehore Municipal Corporation election in-charge and Narela MlA Vishwas Sarang introduced all the Corporator candidates to the people.
During the road show the chief minister was accorded historic welcome at Mata Mandir Square, Duniya Square, Kanjar Square, Chhoti and Badi Gwal Toli, Rathore Square and Kotwali Square.
