As the city is adorned with the celebrations of Navratri, the people are taking full pleasure of Garba dance with a lot of fervour. Various Navratri celebration programmes are being organised in the city where the enthusiasts are enjoying the colours of this fest.
Similarly, the Garba Night is being organised at AISECT University where the students and the faculty members are enjoying the Dandiya Raas. On the second day of the Garba Night the students tapped their feet over the Gujarati rhythms and traditional songs.The students of AISECT University gave wonderful performances adding more zest to Garba Night. The programme began with the devotional spirit where the students performed Aarti for Goddess Durga.
The performance was then followed with the aradhna of Garba Devi Maa. The students with a lot of enthusiasm performed the Garba Raas keeping their spirits high. The energy level that was put in by the students in their performances added more zest in the presentation and the Garba was pleasing to the eyes of the audience.
later, students Bhoomi and Nandini gave a wondrous welcome performance.The duo gave an enthralling performance presenting the Garba on traditional song and then adding the lavani dance making the performance even more delightful. later, the students gave a performance on Ghoomar, another form of Garba dance which made the people tap their feet with more fervor and ecstasy.
To make the programme even more enjoyable, Sunil and Group gave an astounding performance on hip-hop adding a fusion of traditional Garba. To give a grand closure to the programme, all the students and faculty members tapped their feet at DJ music performing a group Garba dance.
The students carried beautiful and heavy traditional attire and also took the pleasure of variety of eatables at the event.
