The Congress would be eliminated completely in the lok Sabha elections from the state as every sector of the state has faced dishonesty and bias from the Central government during the past 10 years, said Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan while addressing an election meeting at Vidisha lok Sabha constituency.
Number of Indra Kutirs have been reduced for the state, ration for the poor has been reduced for the state, the state government was forced to import coal from Indonesia after the thermal power stations of the state were not provided with coal by the Central government. These are those things which expose the unfair behaviour of the Central government towards the state, he added.
Enraged over the biased behaviour of the Central government, the people of Vidisha lok Sabha constituency would vote for BJP candidate Sushma Swaraj on April 24 and would defeat the Congress, emhaized Chouhan.
He asserted that the country requires able leadership and the people of the constituency should vote for a strong government which could be achieved under the capable leadership of Narendra Modi.
Sushma while addressing the election meeting said that in the last 5 years the problems and issues of her constituency have been addressed with seriousness and majority of the problems have been solved.
Praising Chouhan, she said that due to constructive and dynamic policies of the Chief Minister, along with Vidisha lok Sabha constituency, all the 29 constituencies of the state have progressed and in the 16th lok Sabha elections the BJP would form the government under the leadership of Narendra Modi putting an end to the biased behaviour of the Central government towards the state.
She said that special attention would be paid towards agriculture sector and the minimum support price would be calculated by including 50 percent dividend on investment (cost price).
