The biggest achievement of Shivraj Singh Chouhan’s tenure of 11 years as the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh is that he has eliminated the distance between a chief minister and the people. He has worked like Arjuna and the good results of his schemes are now clearly visible. Politics has turned towards the public interest while administration has also worked for the people during the tenure of Chouhan,” said Central Minister of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Narendra Singh Tomar.
Notably, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan is completing 11 years in office on November 29.
Tomar further says that Chouhan’s will for the welfare of people, has been increasing with the time. This will of development had acquired a new speed and energy after Narendra Modi became the Prime Minister. Several other leaders have also ruled MP for a decade but only Shivraj Singh Chouhan has provided a clear vision, speed and determination to the development of the state. This kind of determination of Chouhan is an example for others. Calculation of the development of a state could be done on the basis of its schemes, execution of the schemes and the results of the schemes. Chouhan has treated this as a challenge since he became the Chief Minister and he has proved this by his skills.
Tomar added that Shivraj Singh Chouhan has changed the condition of the state from a backward and poor state to a developing and leading state. This change is a matter of research for the students of science and management. Chouhan has accepted the challenges in development and on the other hand, he has created an emotional connection among the people for their state and land. Chouhan has defeated the opponents on the political level and has given importance to the role of opposition in democracy. Chouhan has worked for improving the condition of the farmers in the state in order highlight MP in the financial map of the country and now due to his dedication MP has became fifth major state in agricultural productions.
Tomar further adds that MP has also progressed in the direction of employment and trade. MP has received positive responses from the investors recently during the recently held investors’ summit in Indore. Chouhan’s government has worked in the social sector through various schemes such as ‘Beti Bachao’, ‘ladli laxmi’ and ‘Kanyadaan Yojana’ as well as government has worked for the senior citizens too with the ‘Teerth Darshan’ and other schemes. The central government is also supporting the state. PM Narendra Modi has also chosen MP for announcing Prime Minister Crop Insurance Scheme.
