Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan will give Rs 21 crore scholarship to 75,961 girls under Ladli Laxmi Yojna in Pandhana of Khandwa district and maternity assistance amount of Rs 5 crore to 25 thousand pregnant and lactating mothers under Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana on Tuesday during Jan-Kalyan and Suraj Abhiyan.
In this state level program, he will also dedicate newly constructed buildings of 103 Anganwadi centers in 32 districts and 10,000 poshan vatikas (nutrition gardens) in 52 districts.
Along with this, nutrition rights information sheets will also be given to the mothers of 10 thousand children who have come under normal nutrition category from severely malnourished in 22 districts. In the program, Chief Minister Chouhan will also interact with the beneficiaries.
