Chief Secretary Anthony DeSa reviewed preparations for Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Madhya Pradesh on February 18 at a meeting at Mantralaya here on Thursday. The Prime Minister will attend a programme at village Sherpur in Sehore district.
The Chief Secretary sought detailed information about various arrangements for PM's visit, mainly venue of function in Sehore district, dais arrangements, parking, seating of farmers, VIPs, public representatives and media persons etc. CS directed to ensure proper drinking water arrangements, temporary toilets and first aid for visitors to PM's programme.
The meeting was informed that apart from Bhopal and Sehore, people from nearby districts will also come to hear speech of PM Modi.
Arrangements are being made accordingly. Additional CS Home BP Singh, DGP Surendra Sinh, ACS PC Meena, Principal Secretary to CM and Public Relations SK Mishra, Principal Secretary Ashok Warnwal, Principal Secretary PWD Pramod Agrawal, Principal Secretary Industries Mohammad Suleman, Principal Secretary to Governor Ajay Tirkey, Commissioner Bhopal SB Singh, Commissioner Public Relations Anupam Rajan and Collector Sehore Sudam Khade attended the meeting.
