Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan along with doctors and paramedical staff planted saplings of banyan mango and tamarind on World Hypertension Day. Chief Minister Chouhan’s blood pressure was taken by the doctors after planting saplings in the garden situated at Shyamala Hills. Chief Minister Chouhan appreciated the campaign being run by doctors and paramedical staff for awareness regarding high blood pressure and its control. Dr. Abhijeet Deshmukh, Dr. Rohit Srivastava, Dr. Satish Pillai, Dr. Aman Yadav, Dr. Rishi Singh, Dr. Ajay Choukse, Dr. Sushil Vishwakarma, Rahul Gupta, Subodh Srivastava, Manoj Jain and Rajeev Kumar took part in the plantation.
Newly weds Ajay Verma and Kalpana Verma, planted saplings with Chief Minister Chouhan. Social workers Govind Singh Rajput and Samarth Chauhan planted saplings on their birthdays. Pandit Ramnarayan Dwivedi, Prashant Dangi, Rajendra Prasad, Sandeep Verma, Jeevan Singh Chauhan etc also took part in the plantation programme.
