On the instructions of deputy transport commissioner Indore division Sapna Anurag Jain Indore RTO Jitendra Singh Raghuvanshi has initiated a continuous checking drive of vehicles on roads daily. On Monday ARTO Nisha Chouhan checked various buses on Indore bypass road.
A bus carrying marriage party was seized when the bus was returning after marriage carrying the bride and the groom and was about to reach at the village nytamundal village of Indore district. The bus was running without permit and rs 57000 was pending on the bus as rto tax.
In another case a bus was caught on which rs 118000 was pending as road tax also a dumper was confiscated on which rs 57000 was pending. Two transport truck were also seized on which rs 53552 was pending as tax and other transport truck on which rs 32000 was pending. Transport inspector Ravindra thakur and transport sub inspector jyoti muvel were also present during the checking drive.
