State president of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Member of Parliament Nandkumar Singh Chouhan in a statement here on Tuesday said that the clean chit to Pragya Singh by investigative agencies in the Malegaon blast case proves that she was intentionally associated to the terror attack and tortured. She was contributing to the social service and committed to the nation and her good will was hindered by this act, he added.
Chouhan further alleged that in the case of Ishrat Jahan the United Progressive Alliance (UPA) government’s revengeful intention has already come to light and Congress is scared of the investigation and it its outcome. Interference by the higher authorities in the investigational work of National Investigation Agency proves the Congress’s guilt, he added.
He further said that the CBI and NIA were not free to carry out the investigation independently during UPA government. He said that the only goal the UPA Government had was to remain in power by tarnishing the reputation of the Nationalists and destroying the appeasement. The former Home minister P Chidambaram, for first time spoke about Bhagva Hindu Terrorism during his tenure, he added. Following him Susheel Kumar Shinde directed the Investigating agencies and ATS to deal with it.
Chouhan further said that Congress leaders are forgetting that by creating such stories they are handing over the tool of destruction in the hands of the enemy. The Nation will have to suffer its short come. Chouhan said “According to the desire of the then political leadership, Nationalists like Pragya Singh and Col. Purohit were registered under Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) for which even Supreme Court termed it as inappropriate.
Under the UPA government many innocents were punished and actual culprits walked free as they wanted the so-called Bhagva Terrorist to be brought in front of the public and humiliate Nationalists, he added. Finally the truth has come into light and the nationalist have been given clean chit. No matter how complicated the investigation is the truth will surface, he added.
