Muslims have been misled by spreading misconception that central government is not for them and due to this rift between Muslims and ruling BJP, Muslim community is deprived of government schemes, said Former Chairman of MP State Haj committee and founder member BJP Salim Qureshi during felicitation programme at Tawwaqal house in Nagpur.
He said that the PM led government has implemented economical, educational, health and others schemes for Muslim community like other communities but the community is lagging in taking benefit of these schemes.
There is need to take initiative for availing benefits by Muslim community.
At the programme former chairman of Maharashtra State Haj Committee and National President of Minorities Wing Jamal Siddiqui discussed issues faced by Muslim community and other important issues.
Siddiqui shared details of availing benefits of government schemes to Muslim community, current scenario and preparations of next Haj Pilgrimage. On the occasion, Social Activists Fasial Rangunwala was also present.
