Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan performed bhoomi-pujan of 445 tap-water schemes costing Rs 527 crore for Morena, Jaura, Dimani, Ambah, Sumawali and Sabalgarh in Jal Jeevan Mission at Kailaras (Sagoria Pura) in Morena district.
Along with this, he also performed bhoomi-pujan of four roads of Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation to be constructed at a cost of Rs. 353 crore 57 lakh. This includes, Kailaras to Jaura via Pahargarh, Manpur, Pagara road costing 178 crore 87 lakh and three routes costing Rs 174 crore 70 lakh, Pahargarh to Sahasram via Mara Kanhar, Khurjan Marg, Nurabad, Padawali Marg to Shanichara Marg, Nepri to Brijgarhi via Kishangarh and Kukrauli Marg. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan also laid the foundation stone for construction of sports complex and sabhamanch.
Chouhan distributed an amount of Rs 7 crore 31 lakh to 300 groups and beneficiaries of Gramin Path Vikreta Yojna. In this, credit linkage of Rs one crore 60 lakhs was distributed to 81 groups, Rs 34 lakh 80 thousand under Gramin Path Vikreta Yojna, Rs. 5 crore 14 lakh in sewing uniform and Rs. 21 lakh in wheat procurement bonus. Chouhan said that water would reach every house of Morena, Jaura, Dimani, Ambah, Sumawali and Sabalgarh through 445 tap water schemes of Jal Jeevan Mission.
With this, the problems of women will end, and the work of schemes will start soon. He said that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is running many programmes to take the country forward. In PM Samman Nidhi, farmers were given three installments of Rs 2 thousand every year and two installments of Rs 2 thousand each in Mukhya Mantri Kisan Kalyan Yojana, while giving a total amount of Rs 10 thousand. The Chief Minister said that no villager would be deprived of the Pradhan Mantri Awas. Accommodation will be provided to all. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that CM Rise Schools are being opened in the state to provide better quality education, where better education facilities will be provided than private schools. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan asked all the eligible persons to register under Ayushman Bharat Yojana. He directed the officers to get the remaining persons registered under the scheme in three months.
