For the past two years, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is investigating the Vyapam scam and its team is still staying in the Agriculture University of Gwalior. The Rajmata Vijayraje Scindia Agriculture University’s international hostel has been booked for the CBI and now the Agriculture University administration wants that it should be vacated.
The Agriculture University Administration has demanded Rs 20 lakh from the CBI for utilizing the hostel for 700 days. It is understood that wherever Central Bureau of Investigation team goes then the State government administration makes the arrangements of Housing, Office and other things.
In RVS Agriculture University International hostel, there are 18 rooms and two dormitories. On ground floor there are eight rooms followed by 10 rooms at first floor. This hostel was built nearby University. CBI team has booked Air Conditioner rooms and AC room tariff is 300 and non AC room fare is Rs 200.
Madhya Pradesh big scam of Vyapam case it is assumed that there are some involvements of Gwalior high profile people that is why CBI team was sent there. The arrangements were made for CBI team in Chambal Colony for their official work but for their stay ADM has wrote the letter to the Rajmata Vijayraje Scindia Agriculture Administration to provide the accommodation at International Hostel.
The hostel was constructed to provide the facility to foreign students and other students from all over the country, when they will take the admission. If the students come from abroad then it will be cumbersome for the RVR Scindia Agriculture Administration department to provide the hostel facility when the CBI team is still there.
