CBI witch-hunt against Modi, Shah will end soon, says Vijayvargiya

Sensing its sure victory in the general elections, the BJP claimed that the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI)’s tenure of haunting Narendra Modi and Amit Shah will also come to an end.

BJP Madhya Pradesh spokesman Deepak Vijayvargiya said in a statement here on Saturday, “The CBI has haunted BJP general secretary and former Gujarat Minister Amit Shah for years in the fake encounter case. But inking the outcome of the elections for the 16th lok Sabha, the investigating agency took a u-turn, where the officials told the apex court that they have no evidence against Shah. It reflects that the CBI too believes in BJP’s victory.”

Vijayvargiya further said that besides the encounter case, the CBI also made all the efforts to nail Shah and Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi in the surveillance case of a woman architect by the Gujarat Police allegedly at the behest of senior functionaries in the Modi Government. These two cases also reflect how the Congress targets its political rivals, he added.

He said that clean chit to Shah is not enough because the his agony during all these years could never be rectified moreover the losses he suffered due to the CBI probe could not be brought back neither by the CBI nor by the Congress.
